Although we have a built-in landline remover function, we don't just REMOVE landlines, our technology automatically enriches your leads as well.

Whenever you run searches, you can choose to have up to 3 wireless numbers based on the publicly available data associated with each contact.

What that means is instead of just identifying and removing landlines, we give you back the correct wireless phone numbers, ensuring that you still have the most up to date data for each lead!

Other data that may show up for each search includes past email addresses, property data, and age.

Tips and Tricks

Keep track of which data and files you have and haven't cleaned. It's on you to keep track of your inputs and ensure you aren't searching the same contacts over and over again.

Once you preform a search, you own that data and any past searches be accessed from your dashboard. You can also filter search your data in the "Your Data" page on the Resources page.

Use the filter function to create a custom output and ensure you're only using the data you want to use. You can also manage your files and searches from the dashboard as well.

Data is always valuable in any form, mainly because of the things you can learn from it! Use notes and tag functions to be able to target certain contacts in the future based on whatever parameters you choose!

Try to get as much quality data as you can for your inputs. Name's like "Joe Schmoe" will obviously not yield results, but definitely the more data you have the more accurate the results are. For example having the entire address of a contact makes it easier to find a match.

We have a landline remover only function which is 1 credit per 10 landline removal searches.

This is intentionally priced to be as close to Landline Remover's prices as possible without diving into fractions of a credit.

Bulk Search

4 questions

We know it can be a bit confusing at first! When designing the bulk upload tool, we had to strike a balance between complexity and customizability. Everyone has different spreadsheet formats, datasets, and requirements for their output. This leads to a bit of complexity. We designed the walkthrough to help ease this issue for new users. If you skipped it and regret it, no worries. You can access the walkthrough again at any time from the bulk search page.

In order for our system to enrich your contact data, we require at least two of the following pieces of information: name, phone, or address. Just phone numbers won't cut it.

If you run out of credits during a search, you'll receive two documents: one containing all the matches we found prior to your credit balance being insufficient, and the other containing the data we were unable to process. If you'd like to finish the document, simply add more credits to your account and send the remainder through another search.

Files are stored on our server for 14 days. If you need data after this time period, it's still available in "Your Data" under the "Resources" section of the navigation bar.

Contact Enrichment

2 questions

When we return a match, we'll provide you all the contact numbers associated with the contact matched (up to the number you specify), known addresses of the contact, age data, known emails, phone number types (landline, fax, mobile) and DNC registry data.

Was this helpful?

Nothing! We never charge you for a contact we weren't able to enrich. We'll also still tell you whether or not it's a landline and if it's on the DNC registry, free of charge.
